Before you book

How do I make a booking?

Making a booking is easy! Either fill in the enquiry form or email us with all of your relevant information. The ski shuttle will then be in touch via email with a booking form for you to complete and payment information.

Remember to save our email address, info@theskishuttle.com to your contacts or check your junk folder if you do not receive an email.

What information do I need in order to book?

We will require your flight number, expected time of arrival and accomodation address. Also to complete our booking process we will need a lead passenger name and contact details, baggage information and number of passengers.

I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?

If you can not find a route you require on our website please get in touch as bespoke journeys can be made available.

How do I pay for my transfer?

Payment can be taken via credit or debit card through Paypal. Alternatively we accept bank transfer or cash on collection.

Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?

Transfers with more than one stop can be made available. Please get in touch for more information.

Before you travel

What luggage entitlement will I have?

Our minibus is capable of carrying a hold bag plus standard size item of hand luggage per person. If bringing ski baggage please inform us prior to booking so we can ensure there will be space. If your group has excess baggage a trailer can be made available at an extra charge.

My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?

If your group size has changed we are able to accept extra passengers up to a total of 8, free of charge if notified prior to 24hrs of your arrival. For bookings over 8 passengers please get in touch for more information.

How long will the transfer take?

Transfer times vary depending on the route. Please see destinations for expected transfer times to your preferred resort.

Meeting your driver

Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?

Your driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall holding an ipad with the lead passengers name on. In Geneva arrivals we usually stand to the left of the exit from the baggage collection hall, outside the Hub & Co. cafe.

What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
